Frankfurt am Main – July 2022 – COMMEO advised Woco Industrietechnik GmbH on a research and development (R&D) cooperation with Kärcher, the global specialist for cleaning equipment, with regard to the development and manufacture of mobile air cleaners based on plasma technology developed by Woco.
The plasma technology developed by Woco will elevate mobile air cleaners (especially for schools, kindergartens, etc.), which have become particularly important in the wake of the Corona pandemic, to a new level of quality. With Kärcher as a partner, the rapid market launch and expansion of the innovation ‘Made in Germany’ can take place.
The planned creation of the joint venture was notified to the EU Commission and cleared in first phase.
