May 2026 – Frankfurt-based antitrust boutique COMMEO has advised the Dutch hands-on investor Nimbus on the antitrust and foreign direct investment aspects of the sale of the Eisenmann Group to Japan’s Daifuku Co., Ltd.
The Eisenmann Group with more than 280 employees and six internationally operating subsidiaries develops innovative automation technologies as well as solutions for painting and final assembly, which are used in particular by European manufacturers of automotive and industrial components.
