Franziska Lange-Schlüter, LL.M. (Chicago)

Franziska advises national and international companies on all aspects of German and European antitrust law as well as matters relating to foreign direct investment screening and the EU foreign subsidies regulation. Her practice focuses on merger control proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office and the EU Commission. Franziska regularly advises clients on abuse of dominance issues, compliance and contract related antitrust matters.
