Frankfurt am Main – January 2023 – COMMEO advised the owners of Vimcar on the sale of their shareholdings to Battery Ventures on merger control. Vimcar is a Berlin-based Scale Up company and leading provider of fleet management software solutions. In addition to a digital driver’s logbook, Vimcar offers all aspects of fleet management (including real-time tracking, theft alerts and route planning) for small and medium-sized fleets.
COMMEO advised on the merger control proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office as well as on the review of worldwide notification obligations.
