Frankfurt am Main – December 2022 – COMMEO advised Chart Industries, a global US-based manufacturer of cryogenic equipment, on competition law matters regarding the acquisition of all shares in Howden Group. Howden Group is a global engineering company with a focus on providing quality solutions for industrial air and gas handling, such as industrial ventilation systems.
COMMEO was responsible for the complex merger filing to the German Federal Cartel Office. The German Federal Cartel Office cleared the transaction in Phase I.
