Frankfurt am Main – April 2024 – COMMEO advised Magnesium Capital’s portfolio company SCADA International, Denmark, on German foreign direct investment (FDI) control for the acquisition of the German renewable energy software provider Quantec Systems. SCADA International is a leading provider of mission-critical software and control systems for the renewable energy sector. The target company, Quantec Systems, offers a mission-critical hardware-agnostic integration interface which enables real-time monitoring of distributed renewable energy assets services through its proprietary software solution ClavisTM. The transaction was notified to the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Action and cleared in
phase 1.
