May 2026 – Frankfurt-based antitrust boutique COMMEO has advised NORD Holding on the acquisition of IBB Institut für Berufliche Bildung AG.
RD Holding is one of Germany’s leading private equity and asset management firms. IBB is a major provider of publicly funded vocational training and retraining programmes in Germany.
