Dr. Dominique S. Wagener, LL.M. (NYU)

Dominique advises national and international clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust/competition law with a specific focus on cartel defense work, antitrust litigation, in particular representing clients in follow-on damages actions before German courts, and distribution related competition law matters including e-commerce. She has specialist industry/market expertise in consumer goods, digital markets, chemicals, steel, logistics and IT.

Dominique has been recommended for many years as leading German antitrust/competition lawyer in various national and international professional directories including JUVE Handbook, Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers, Chambers, Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal. In addition, the latter lists her as “Global Elite Thought Leader”.
