Frankfurt am Main – October 2022 – COMMEO has advised Lampe Privatinvest, an investment company from Hamburg, and QVM Privatkapital on the sale of Erfurter Teigwaren GmbH (ETW), Germany’s oldest and largest pasta producer, to Schwarz Produktion Stiftung & Co. KG (Schwarz Produktion). Specifically, the shares in the management company of ETW as well as a minority shareholding of the managing director of ETW were sold. The transaction was notified to the German Federal Cartel Office and has been cleared in the meantime.
