Christoph Weinert, LL.M. (Wellington)

Christoph advises national and international clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law. His main areas of advice include antitrust litigation, in particular representation in damages proceedings before German courts, as well as defense in regulatory and judicial antitrust proceedings. Another focus is on advising in the area of German and European merger control, including all transactional antitrust law. Christoph also advises on distribution antitrust issues and abuse control as well as on all aspects of antitrust compliance.

Christoph is recognized as a competition expert by Legal 500 EMEA and Kanzleimonitor.
