In the Kanzleimonitor ranking for 2025/2026, which is based on recommendations from legal departments and inhouse lawyers, COMMEO has sucessfully defended its second place in the list of the leading law firms for antitrust law in Germany.

The four COMMEO partners Dominique Wagener, Stephanie Pautke, Johanna Kübler, and Isabel Oest have once again been recognized by Lexology as “Thought Leaders” for antitrust law. As in previous years, Dominique Wagener, Stephanie Pautke, and Johanna Kübler are also named “Thought Leaders – Global Elite 2026” and thus hold their position among the top 5% of all antitrust lawyers listed in the Lexology Index.

For the first time, the F.A.Z. Institute and QuantiQuest are honoring outstanding lawyers in Germany. COMMEO partner Stephanie Pautke is listed as “Top Lawyer 2026” for antitrust and competition law in the ranking.

COMMEO has been recognized in this year’s FOCUS ranking in the category “Top Commercial Law Firm 2025” for the area of antitrust and competition. We are grateful for the recommendations from colleagues and clients that have led to this top ranking.

Teamwork makes the dreamwork: COMMEO has once again been ranked by Handelsblatt in cooperation with Best Lawyers as one of “Germany’s best law firms” for antitrust and competition law in 2025. A special award goes to COMMEO partner Stephanie Pautke as “Lawyer of the Year 2025” for antitrust and competition law. As in previous years, Johanna Kübler, Dominique Wagener, and Isabel Oest are also listed as “Best Lawyers 2025” whereas Christoph Weinert is listed as “Ones to Watch”.
